Blockchain registry of athletes — AMADA

A national athlete registry for Azerbaijan's National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA), built on a private Hyperledger Iroha blockchain — the first product of its kind developed by a local company rather than a foreign vendor. Delivered while I led data science at Technofusion.

Deployed nationally

Blockchain in agriculture — seed certification

Seed-batch labeling and certification with blockchain-backed QR verification, deployed by the Agrarian Services Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture — the first application of blockchain technology in Azerbaijan's agrarian sector. Technofusion built the platform on Algorand during my tenure there.

The road here

Today — Chief Data & AI Officer at Caspel: founded and lead the Data & AI department building systems at national scale. Concurrently, strategic advisor on data and AI to the CEO of SetClapp, after three years as the company's CTO.

Before that — co-founder of RBC Group, chief digital officer roles in Dubai and Baku — including Azerbaijan's first locally-developed blockchain product, the AMADA athlete registry, and the first blockchain deployment in the country's agrarian sector — and Oracle Business Intelligence. Y Combinator, 2021.
